Be a Kid Again with Lizy Maratea is a playful, heart-opening workshop designed for adults who want to reconnect with their inner child.

Through a joyful blend of mindfulness, gentle movement, imaginative games, and creative expression, participants will explore what it means to feel free, curious, and fully present.

Join Lizy for a lighthearted and meaningful journey back to the wonder, spontaneity, and magic that still lives inside you. No experience necessary—just bring a sense of curiosity and a willingness to play.

Yoga mats are also encouraged, if available. A light dinner will be provided, along with some goodies to take home. 

This workshop will be led by Lizy Maratea, founder/creator of Full Spectrum Compassionate Coaching. Lizy has been guiding clients and students in compassion, mindfulness, and movement here on the Eastern Shore (as well as virtually around the world) for nearly ten years.

It is a genuine source of joy for her to create safe spaces for meaningful movement and heartfelt connection.
