The Creative Movement

Some our deepest desires (wishes from our heart) are to have intimacy, peace and play. The Creative Movement honors that deeply within its mission statement of “providing safe space for people to explore movement in their bodies.”

Being a mom to a tween myself, I understand how hard it is sometimes to set aside time for simple one-on-one quality time- a love language that many of us hold dear to our hearts. Quality time together often seems sacrificed for family time, extracurricular time and work time.

Yet that quality time is the glue that holds relationships in their unwavering strength. 

The Creative Movement is excited to host a warm, safe, cozy space to allow the connection between parent and child to come back online-curious, willing, open and playful.

Prerequisites in understanding before signing up:

There is the likelihood that while you are in this space, you may meet you own inner child along the way, and will get opportunities to make amends with your internal relationship while nurture your external one.

This workshop is a one-on-one experience. Only one child per parent. With the success of this program, another workshop will be set up in the future. Pick your favorite child (I’m KIDDING.)

Dress cozy comfy and bring water to drink, along with a yoga mat for each person attending. As weeks progress, if there are more instructions on what to bring, you will be notified prior to attending.

Yes, movement will be involved, but so will other activities.

No phones allowed in the workshop unless specified.
